Connosha Cottage is a beautiful mountain getaway with two bedrooms – two queen beds
– and two bathrooms. Urban amenities such as wineries and orchards are just a few
miles away, but this small private cottage offers a hot tub, coffee bar, and a
gorgeous new kitchen. Fishing, golf, hiking/mountain biking trails are all within
easy reach.
The Space
This cute cottage features a fully remodeled and equipped kitchen and a bright living
room with a full sofa bed. In addition, the cottage features a stocked coffee and tea
bar for those coffee lovers!
It has a screened-in porch to take in the wooded scenery (and deer!) in the back, or take
a step right outside to the open patio and sit in the hot tub!

perfect for you.
Guest Access
Connosha Cottage is located in the fantastic gated Coosawattee River Resort. The resort
features amenities such as a rec center with Olympic-sized indoor heated pool, two
outdoor pools, an exercise room, arcade, tennis, basketball, putt-putt golf, and several
areas where you are welcome to fish.
PLEASE NOTE: Coosawattee is a 33,000-acre resort. Most of the amenities are within
a 20-minute drive to the cottage, so please plan accordingly.
Guests have access to the resort, Connosha Cottage, and the resort amenities. Access to
the cottage includes all rooms (except the owner’s closet), porches, and a hot tub.
The cabin comes fully furnished and includes a minimum of the following unless
otherwise stated in the listing:
- Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven (2), microwave, dishwasher, toaster,
dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots and pans.
- Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on the
guest list, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum, broom and dustpan, mop, HULU,
internet, and gas grill.
- In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up kit of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per
bathroom), Paper Towels (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2 bags), Dishwasher Detergent (2
loads), Laundry Detergent (2 loads), and Dish Washing Soap. Did we mention coffee?
Other things
Like most places in the mountains, getting to the cottage does require following a few
small roads and a short dirt road that the cottage is on. However, if you are up for an
adventure, this will not be a problem! Just make sure you adhere to the posted speed
limits and watch for deer – you will see a lot during your stay – and you will have no
issue.
Well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome with prior approval at an additional flat
rate of $60 with a 2-dog maximum.
