“The place was inside a gated community, so if you are looking for security, then this is it. Savannah was a great host, we were only here for a short stay, one night, but it was pleaseant. Saw many deer in our drive to her house, very secluded, surrounded by nature. She has two dogs and two cats, who were friendly. We enjoyed our brief stay, and would stay again if we need to. ”

“Our family of 18 had a wonderful long-weekend at Lake Buckhorn Lodge. Ranging in age from 9 months to mid-60s, everyone had a great time. The living spaces provided plenty of room for us to gather, and the kitchen was well-equipped for a large group. The incredible sports bar/game room kept us all entertained. “The cabin was just as advertised. Beautiful, quiet, clean and serene. Roughly 30 mins from Blue Ridge. This property is a nice hideaway if you prefer a spot away from the tourist areas. Cabin had great wifi and hot water. I suggest arriving in daylight if possible as it’s a 10 min trek up to the cabin and nice to have a view while doing so. Overall we enjoyed our stay and took advantage of the many hiking opportunities in the Blue Ridge and Elijay areas. ”

“We had an amazing time at Jennifer and Monica's house up in North Georgia! The property is beautiful and FULL of amenities. We had a getaway with our children and some friends and we all had a blast! Check-in was super simple and communication was top notch. “The Gold Finch cabin is a great place to stay for peace and quiet! The birds were all over the place along with several deer, chipmunks, squirrels! It was very clean and all the amenities along with a fully stocked kitchen! It was perfectly located in the mountains but only 18 miles from downtown Ellijay where there are great restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be going to that area either to vacation again or move to permanently! Highly recommend this cabin if you are looking for……
