“There is some potential here but many of the amenities are over looked and not very appealing. For example, a broken down Bobcat is what you’ll be looking at as you sit at the fire pit. Hot tub is luke warm with no way to control temperature. Pretzel appetizer was inedible. And unfortunately if you hope to have a room with a view, many rooms look out to the side of buildings. Our view was the side of a storage shed. They offered to move us to another room overlooking a parking lot…not worth it.……

“The Expedia description said breakfast is included, but, there is no breakfast. The manager simply said Super 8 motels haven't done breakfast in a long time. I wanted to tell him I stayed in a Super 8 only a few days early and it had breakfast, but didn't want to start an argument. But hey, there is a McDonalds across the street and you can grab breakfast there. The real reason I am ranking this 3 stars is one,there was a used wet towel in my room (hanging on the hook behind the bathroom……

“Great rooms. Fantastic customer service”

“Staff (Mike) was knowledgeable, but others appeared new and poorly trained. The hotel has a tired appearance. The mold around edge of the tub. Sliding glass shower door replaced by curtain. Bed was clean but lumpy. Breakfast was Buffet and was lacking as hotel free breakfast fare goes. Turkey bacon looked like science experiment. It was the most expensive of the 4 hotels we stayed at this 5-day friends getaway weekend. Lake George has to make money in the summer, so I get the prices are wacky. ……

“This was an older hotel, that was poorly taken cate of. Our door saw outside light. It was old and not a place I would stay again. The clerk was very plesant. It was near some restaurants, but nothing really great.”

“Very nice hotel in a great location. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Can’t wait to return when the third floor renovation is complete. The town is small but beautiful and has a rich history.”

“New renovation. No Fridge or microwave. It was bare bones. Low budget.. not used to these sorts of things with Hilton hotels. Very disappointed.”

“Good: Nice area, easy to find, reasonably convenient location, helpful staff, great price, great parking, good diners nearby, good AC. BUT, room very musty, smelled of urine, very hot on arrival (AC off and window with holes in bent screen open), door jamb split as if it had previously been forced open, puddles in bathroom. I like simple, inexpensive, funky motels when I just need a place to sleep but this was smelly and seemed poorly maintained.”

“Everything about this property was perfect. The on-site restaurant bar was excellent. Food, drinks, staff were exceptional. Highly recommend. Would return in future.”

“The whole hotel has a very strong, cheap scent. It’s very overwhelming. Staff was not present at the desk at check in or check out, we had to ring a bell and wait for them to come. During check out we rang the bell and were addressed by someone through a ring camera behind the desk who essentially just shouted check-out instructions at us. This building needs a serious renovation, it’s outdated by 40years minimum — The reason for my score is based on our bed having an obviously dirty pillow……

“我在网上订的是一个房间两张床，他们竟然给的是一张床的房间，跟前台交涉他们竟然把责任推给网站，好说歹说搞了半天，才给我们换了一个房间，另外一个加钱给他们都不给换，要不是外面下着大雨，我们早就换另外一家了，进了房间地毯颜色看过去又脏又旧，床上的毯子都结成一粒粒的球，房间的空调又老又旧，声音又大。床垫的弹簧都往中间部位塌陷，建议你们出来旅游，不要花了钱还要受这闲气”
