“This was my first time staying in Philadelphia, so I was a little apprehensive about what to expect. Everything was perfect, the host took care of everything and was really nice. She also made sure we had parking in front of the property. The photos do not show just how nice this place actually is, and It is so cozy and homey. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“We enjoyed this location for a Thanksgiving trip to see Philadelphia and local family. Check in and out was smooth. Recently rehabbed property, was very clean with quiet neoghbors. We had an issue with a doorknob and the owner came to fix it within hours of reporting it. The only difficulty was finding street parking later in the evening, but it was easy to find during the day. We rode the bus a couple times and walked every day, which helped us find local coffee & pie shop, murals, cheesesteak……

“great location very cute well maintained place with character. if you can’t climb stairs don’t go there. four flights of stairs one room per floor. but its very comfortable and fun if you can climb. loved it. parking on street. if your car is taller than 6’6” like ours we had to drive out of town to find overnight parking that wasn’t on the street. ”
