We had arrived quite late to check in and discovered in the morning that the toilet wasn't working. As there was only one bathroom in the home, it had the potential to become a problem. Shae jumped on the issue and the problem was corrected by the time we returned later that afternoon. Shae kept us informed of the progress and followed up the next day to make sure everything was still……
