“Everything is fine, no Question”

“All around great experience and we will stay again when we come back to Boise. Great location right on the river with a fun walking trail for the dog, this hotel is very pet friendly - best one we have been to for that. (and still very clean!) The staff here were amazing. From the check-in clerk, to the waitstaff at the restaurants, to housekeeping - every single staff member I encountered was extremely helpful and genuinely friendly! And, icing on the cake....we were given fresh baked……

“We reserved a room at the Inn at 500 for our son and new daughter-in-law following their wedding, and it was the perfect choice! They were graciously upgraded to a beautiful room with wonderful city and park views, which made their stay feel even more special. The room was beautiful and comfortable, with the unique charm that makes the Inn at 500 stand out. The champagne service was such a thoughtful touch and perfect for celebrating their first days as newlyweds. We truly appreciated the……

“The hotel is a gem; well kept and located, with incredibly helpful staff. Would gladly stay here again.”

“The outside of the building was filthy and full of spiderwebs and garbage. Dog poop all over the place. Then you walk in to one of the side doors and the floors are absolutely disgusting and clearly have not been vacuumed for who knows how long. The lobby was clean. The room was ok, it had an odor, the chair at the desk was completely just trashed, ripped and heavily worn. The desk or table had tons of scratches and larger gashes and was just completely worn out. The beds were very very springy,……

“Transportation from the airport to the hotel was helpful and the hotel is very conveniently located to allow for walking to downtown dining and shopping. Staff was very friendly and helpful.”
