「We stayed at 500 on our wedding night. We did not arrive until after 10:00 pm. When we arrived in our room, there was a bootle of champagne on ice and a basket of goodies waiting for us, along with a personal note from the staff. Our in room brunch the next morning was fantastic. Even though we were only there for one night everything was perfect. Thank you to the entire team at the 500.」

「Great stay for our visit to Boise. The hotel was clean, safe and the location was great. We have recently decided to go back to staying in hotels, after disappointing Airbnb experiences, and our stay at the grove reinforced our decision! The road and outside noise was very loud, even though we were on the 12th floor, I guess the earplugs on the nightstand should have been my clue! They did help.」

「It was a nice hotel. Good breakfast. Quiet in our 4th floor room. Good parking for large truck with 30’ trailer. Sheets weren’t cotton & microfiber isn’t for me. Glad AC worked well. The tub faucet was coming off wall.」

「It was fine. I slept well, but I want to let you know that the front desk person was very hostile. She does not care about her job at all and seemed to want to be unhelpful. I was asking about where to park, about the shuttles and she bit off every word she said. it was very disconcerting. Also, why in the world don't you have automatic doors? There we were all pushing with luggage. Please mark where long term parking is.」

「Room was not cleaned found old soap and hair in the shower. Also found used nasty hair tie in broom and portion of carpet was wet. Hallways stunk and had horse flies」

「From check in to check out, we felt well supported and taken care of by the hotel team. The cafe beyond the lobby had wonderful offerings.」
