“All around great place”

“Clean facilities, very pleasant host”

“We checked in to the first unit and found it to be dirty so we contacted the company. They moved us to another unit that the keypad code did not work so we had to call to figure out how to get in after standing in the heat. Once we got in we encountered another not clean unit. Blinds were filthy. Vertical blinds were broken so anyone walking by could see in to where we were. It’s got a musty yucky smell about the unit. We chose to stay as we were tired and told that someone would be by in the……

“The property met our needs. I highly recommend new patio furniture. It was challenging to enjoy the patios in front and back due to the lack of comfortable seating. Also would have been nice to have some games and cards available. Kitchen needed tin foil, baggies, lightbulbs. ”

“The place had lots of spiders and the restrooms filled with bugs and spider webs/spiders. The main shower in the primary room had dead bugs. The toilet paper had dust on it. Overalls the place needs proper cleaning and pest control to stop by. The owner messaged me saying that cleaners were gonna stop by and nobody did. There is a $140 cleaning fee which i normally do not mind. However it does not make sense to have a cleaning fee when the place isn't clean in the first place for us as guests.”

“The house itself was wonderful…very clean. We loved it. The back yard had quite a few weeds that should be cleaned up.Parking should be explained better. I was told only one parking space was available; however, there were quite a few undesignated parking spaces that our party was able to use because we all came in separate vehicles. So the explanation of only one designated parking space caused quite a bit of stress until I saw that there actually were places for others to park. Overall……
