“Parking was plentiful and safe. Convenient to I10 and Casa Grande shopping and dining. A bit outdated, but for a room under $75, can't really complain. My room did have a musty smell but not overwhelming. I stayed 3 nights and had no issues. For longer stays they advertise $287 a week which is a great price IMO. ”

“Everything was efficient. The room and building were mostly clean but everything was old but new. Figure that out. Check-in was Virtual, which was an experience. But there is something about actually taking to someone in person that makes one feel safe. The Hotel smelled of marijuana. Negatives aside, the AC blew cold, the sheets and room were clean, the staff were nice and attentive (when you can find them) and had plenty of parking. Plus you get a discount at IHOP. ”

“Misleading/confusion finding apartment: Recommend adding the exact address for the main gate. Difficult finding exact apartment. Numbers on roadside of apartments. Recommend adding to instructions to look for the building marker on a sidewalk post, not on the actual building. Access instructions seemed to suggest that there was a designated parking spot for the unit. Circled around numerous times looking for designated spot, but never found one. Only areas with designated parking numbers……

“I received so many emails that was confusing. The place was nice and new! The IKEA furniture wasn’t very comfortable except the beds were very comfortable! We had a bit of miscommunication but our stay was close to family members that we were visiting and we enjoyed that. ”

“The rooms were lovely and the location was centralized. We were directly across from pool and bbq. The backyard was perfect for my pet.”

“There was no coffee pot, but I borrowed one from a neighbour who had an extra . No kitchen cloths or towels. No hand towels for the bathroom or facecloths, etc. However we made it work and we were not expecting anything too fancy for accommodations. Not enough toilet paper… had to ask the maintenance man when we seen him because the office was rarely open to talk to anyone. The wifi was terrible and never worked. However the location was great, the pool was nice and clean, all in all it was a……
