Outside is an upper deck leading to a large patio with an outdoor gas grilling station, dining and firepit areas, and plenty of gorgeous views of the lake. Best of all, you can walk past the grassy yard to your private dock, which you can use to moor your boat, drop in a kayak, or cannonball right into the lake!
