Willow Cottage is a state-of-the-art stunning new ECO build, oozing style and character, finished to the highest standards, providing everything you could need for the perfect self-catering stay.

The bright interior is welcoming, and the distinctive decorative features are picked out in a calming Nordic palette. This high specification, luxury, spacious cottage sits in a lovely location right on the riverbank in the fenlands of Cambridgeshire just four miles from Ely.

The space
Nestled in an enviable rural location alongside the River Great Ouse and with stunning views across the Fenland countryside, Gravel Farm offers you fishing, cycling, canoeing, walking and bird-watching on your doorstep.

Dog and child-friendly, our cottages offer you a warm, cosy and stylish home-from-home; making them an ideal destination for couples, friends or families looking for a countryside retreat.

All on one level, and with level access from the driveway, it is also perfect for those who prefer not to use stairs, or for wheelchairs and less able guests.

We do have three other more cottages available so if you are looking for a large family get together; we can sleep 18 guests in total.

Inside Willow Cottage you will find a large open plan kitchen with a large dining table for entertaining. The kitchen provides all utilities including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, two electric ovens, induction hob, microwave and wine fridge. The separate utility room includes a washing machine and boot/coatroom.

Stored for your convenience, there is salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, sugar, tea, coffee, milk, toilet rolls, soap, bin liners, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and clothes detergent.

Large sliding french doors from the living area lead outside to the huge enclosed garden perfect for al-fresco dining in fine weather, with the use of a gas BBQ it is the perfect space to enjoy time with friends and family.

The cottage also benefits from underfloor heating throughout and has a super log burner for those chilly winter evenings. And don’t forget the cinema room provides a great space for both adults and children complete with a comfy sofa and a selection of DVD's for all the family to enjoy.

The high quality super-king mattresses and soft linen will leave guests feeling refreshed and ready to seek out more of what this unique part of the Cambridgeshire has to offer.

We have a luxurious master bedrooms with super king-sized bed with its very own dressing room and en-suite with shower cubicle.

With two further private bedrooms, both with comfy super king-sized beds, which can be split to provide two single beds in each room for children. Please note that the fifth bedroom is a super comfy 'Loaf' double sofa bed.

All beds are zip and link so can be made up into four super-kings or 8 singles or a mixture of the two depending on your requirements.

The deluxe family bathroom features both a large bath and a walk-in shower. With the addition of the two en-suites, and an additional cloakroom in the utility there should not be any queues.

We provide super soft towels, on heated towel rails in all bathrooms, for all guests.

Ocado (Waitrose), Sainsbury’s and Tesco deliver directly to Willow Cottage, so you can order your shopping with delivery on your arrival.

Guest access
You will have full access to the entire property along with a private rear garden and double garage.

Other things to note
If you would like any of the beds/bedrooms made into twins/singles, please let us know prior to your arrival, as they are set as super king-sized as standard.

You will be required to pay a £400 security deposit prior to your arrival, we will contact you to take your card details over the phone. These will be held on our secure banking application as a security deposit and your card will not be charged, but the hold means that you won’t be able to access these funds until the hold is released.

We can provide a cot, travel cot or high chair by prior request.

We can also provide an adjustable height shower chair should you require this, again please inform us on booking.
