The staff here was truly the best I will always stay at this hotel when I return. I highly recommend this hotel! Close to everything. "We truly enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The location is excellent, and the service provided was exceptional! Special thanks to Lorena from the Front Desk, who diligently assisted us together with another very kind gentleman from the Hill House team. They both handled our last-minute request to set up the sofabed upon our late-night arrival. Her prompt action and professional disposition were truly commendable. We would also like to mention Juan from the restaurant, who was extremely dedicated in serving breakfast and attending to all our requests with kindness and attention. Even on the days he worked alone, he multitasked effortlessly while still delivering excellent service. Our room attendant, Nahalie (apologies if the name is incorrect), kept our room in impeccable condition every single day. Alejandro at the Front Desk was also always ready to assist with courtesy and good manners. To the entire Hill House team, thank you for making our stay a very pleasant and memorable one!"
