We were a little disappointed that we weren't able to check in an hour earlier than standard since that request was approved the day before. The coffee shop was a nice finish to our stay. Installing motion-sensor lighting would greatly improve safety and security for guests arriving after dark. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection in the Juniper Room was unreliable, which was particularly difficult since I depend on consistent internet access for work."
