「East of the sun was an older property but was clean with a friendly staff. They took care of things when needed in a timely manner. There was quite a bit of dog poop in the back yard some fresh and some older. It was a short walk to the beach and they did supply a wagon, boogy boards, and chairs. 」

「To be clear this 3 star rating has nothing to do with my No Regrets rental property. The reason I can only give 3 stars is bc the day before the trip I got a call saying that we couldn't stay at the place that I actually booked. I had to choose between three other places, none of which was at Emerald Isle that I made my booking at. Clean and organized areas to live in. Hot water heater working well. Hosts made offer for me to sit with them on beach. They provided beach chairs. Nice, clean and safe pathways to beach from house.
