Incredible views of the beach and pool - the views can't get much better! This great vacation condo has laminate wood flooring throughout the living room, dining room, and master bath. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa (linens not provided), Flat Screen TV and an oceanfront balcony with a table and chairs. Spacious dining area. Kitchen/bar has a microwave & dishwasher. Master bedroom #1 has a king bed, a full bath and an oceanfront balcony. Bedroom #2 has a king bed. Bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds, DVD player and a color TV (no cable). Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a full bath and a balcony. Central Heat & air. Washer/Dryer.

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.
Please Note: (1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays. (2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
