“Multiple smart tvs, good WiFi, nice neighborhood and very clean”

“Cute house and they did a pretty good job on the remodel. Unfortunately the backyard has zero grass and was just a big mud pit, plus there are shards of broken glass in the backyard, likely from the remodel, so we were not able to use it for our dogs and this was the primary feature that made us choose this property so we were disappointed. There were also no washcloths and only one hand towel between two bathrooms so we ended up at Walmart to buy our own. The area is great and very convenient,……

“We stayed at this home while in town for a baseball tournament. It’s conveniently located near LakePoint, and Acworth’s charming Main Street—great for dining—is just a short drive away. We exercised in the neighborhood and felt safe; folks were overall very friendly. The house was clean, matched the photos and was stocked with general kitchen items needed. We had issues with the 2nd story being extremely warm off and on throughout the stay; with that said, it is in the middle of the summer……

“Cleanliness of property was far from satisfactory! On our day of arrival walked in to master bedroom and found medication on the floor, kitchen looked like it had not been swept in months! Kitchen Cabinets had animals droppings (mouse poop) in them. Calling fans full of dust , area rugs was way over due to be professional cleaned to say the least , let me also add the corner of the carpet would not stay down raising a huge safety issue as a tripping hazard.
