“Beautiful place to stay in Bologna! Central location in this very walkable city. Safe and quiet area. Viola was very helpful and kind with a nice (and huge!) dog. AC works like a charm. 5/5 would stay again”

“Very centrally located. Minutes' walk to major attactions and right next to the twin towers but quiet enough. The staff is very good and the room clean and very functional. I can't find any refrigerator in the room. The only one more noticeable problem is that during the time of my stay, a delivery truck started their deliveries at around 0630 and lasted until over 7. It created a bit of noise that may affect some people.”

“预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”

“Lovely spotless room at a very good price in the centre of Bologna, comfortable bed and good breakfast options. I note some reviews have criticised the breakfast, but I have to say, given the price paid, the breakfast is a bonus! To make the experience better tea/coffee facilities could be provided in the rooms rather than in a communal area, to allow for a morning cuppa in your own privacy, but nonetheless I would certainly visit again! ”

“We stayed in the most extraordinary room I have ever seen. All four windows overlooked the rooftops of Bologna. The light at all hours was like a painting. The remote control shades gave you control of the amount of light you experienced. It was complely private but you could see the cathedrals and towers unobstructed. The staff was minimal but very helpful and gracious. The linens were clean and high quality. An extraordinary place.”

“Abbiamo passato 3 giorni in questo confortevole hotel. La posizione è eccellente,la pulizia anche e non meno importante anche l'equipe dei ragazzi che sono estremamente simpatici. Abbiamo apprezzato la sonorizzazione delle camere,la vista e la privacy del balcone. Ottima musica soft che accompagna nell'orario dell'aperitivo.”
