「Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. Clearly stated the route of sightseeing with map provided which is really nice for visitors. Just 5 minutes walk away from the Duomo. And free soft drinks are provided in the fridge. Nice :))」

Clean large aprtment, 2 bedroom, living/dining room, 2 bathroom, kitchen with fridge, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, terrace, washer/dryer. Easily fits 6 people. Excellent location, short walking distance from Duomo and major shopping areas and restaurents and subway stations that can take u allover Milan including the central station. 」

「首先这家酒店的名字几经更换了，酒店位于二楼（欧洲地区叫作一楼），酒店前台要从一个大门进入上二楼才见得到。你到了可以给酒店打电话。尽管如此，进入酒店房间，我们就喜爱上了她，非常高的天花板和宽敞的空间，房间里还有鲜花，化妆间，酒店为了表示歉意（因为名字换了没有及时通知我），还给我们送来小吃和白葡萄酒。还有就是它的位置极佳，距离米兰大教堂步行最多十分钟，出酒店大门右转直走到底然后再左转直走就到了，购物也方便啊。。。太喜欢了！」

「The website did not give English name or Italian name of hotel. The contact number under the hotel name is an agent ohone number, who had no clue which hotel we booked. It took long to find it. The hotel room bath hot water never came out till the guest switched room. The floor was full of dust.」

「Room was very warm and we couldn’t seem to get the thermostat to turn lower than 25 degrees c. Reached out several times, but just told to turn off the thermostat. Fortunately the windows opened, so we could cool the room that way. But the response from management was disappointing. The floor in the bathroom was under maintenance. It was all heaved up, which made it very uncomfortable (and potentially dangerous) to walk on. I don’t think they should have rented us this apartment with the floor...
