Great Location

This home is as described. The beach area is beautiful. It was very clean. There is so much potential here, but we were disappointed with a few things. We had the exact number of towels and washcloths for the number of guests and only one dish rag. This meant that we had to do laundry every day. There was very little water pressure in the shower, hardly enough to get sand and sunscreen off your skin. The curtains don’t quite cover the windows and the ones in the bathroom were sheer. During the day you can’t see in the windows, but you can at night. There is only one couch for living room seating. Even with just four of us we weren’t able to be comfortable in the living room area. The other option was dining room chairs. But the dining room chairs are worn out. You sink in when you sit and they are uncomfortable.

Beautiful view and short walk to the beach

We had a great time and the location was great!!! Andrew the host answered our questions quickly and in detail. The parking spaces were very small and tight so bring a small vehicle or have help getting out of the parking space. They allow pets which is a plus but there is no where to walk them that’s my only complaint. We would definitely stay here again

Amazing Views!

The views from the balconies were stunning! Being able to quickly access the beach made the property incredibly desirable. The location was close to plenty of tiny shops and food spots. The elevator made moving luggage and beach equipment much easier. The unit was equipped with the essentials my family needed. There was plenty of space to gather and then retreat to separate rooms when needed. Everything was clean and working properly upon check-in. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner did not struggle to stay nice and cool inside. I will definitely be staying again!

Great Place for Group

The property was great! Right on the beach and you can take a walk in seconds to get to the beach without having to search for space. The property inside was just as good. Plenty of room and balcony to enjoy the view.

Family retreat

Short but sweet

The view is worth every penny! Having an elevator for our mobility needs was so sweet and the direct access to the beach was the cherry on top! Parking was as rough as described so we used overflow parking. Thank you for that option. Looking forward to returning for another stay

Short but nice

Enjoyed staying in this unit which was clean and very nice. Only issue is parking. I drive an F150 and had a hard time maneuvering into spot. only had an inch to spare. Had to backout last day because I could not make the turn due to another car parked at the stand alone unit at end of driveway. Even though I had this issue I would still stay again.

Relaxing stay

We had a great time. Space is large and right at the beach. Beaching was pretty private. Retirement community though, only a few places to eat and to stores on the island. If you are looking to relax, this is a great place!!

Girls Celebratory Weekend

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo! The location is wonderful and right on the beach. We spent a lot of our time on the porch overlooking the gulf, and that was super relaxing! Beach was private and quiet. We will definitely stay again!

With updates this would be great,not thrilled with our experience

Upon arrival,parking was fine didnt have an issue with it, we were in a Pacifica with roof rack for reference.It did take a minute but very doable.Upon entering the condo had an odd smell, dirty towel was left in laundry and 2 clean towels in dryer.The tile was cracked in kitchen. One seat at bar had vinyl peeled off. Kids sat on couch and noticed dust "poofed" off of it,like it hadnt been cleaned in vacuumed in a long time.The refrigerator has a vlock of wood screwed to the ice & water dispenser, there was no ice until we turned it on and a trashcan was inside to catch the ice.The microwave had spray glue holding the handle on.Upon entering the room where the kids were staying, walls were dirty looking, outlet covering the plug ins one was completly off & the other was hanging loose, not giod for the kids room.We had to put an air mattress down for a little one,so we moved one of the beds over and noticed that.We had 6 people and only had 6 bath towels,so I did a towel load everyday.The headboard in the Master was barely attached.The sheer curtain in bathroom is not good for nighttime.I tried to run the dishwasher 3 different times and the washer would say clean and the dishes never were.With 6 people and cooking that's not what I signed up for.I notified the day before we left & they sent a person out who said, no this definitely isnt working.So I got to handwash with no sponge only a brush for days on my vacation.This place could be much better w/a little updates.

Weekend Getaway

This property is very spacious. We were 8 ranging from 5 to 52 years old and we were very comfortable Bedrooms are large and the bathrooms are spacious. Living room easily seats 5-6 people, and dining seating is ample with a table inside and on the balcony as well as counter. The kitchen is large and has all the basic tools you would need to cook basic meals. The apartment provided several beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels, and there is a washer and dryer in the apartment making it easy to refresh the towels for the next day. Access to the unit is great. Depending on the unit you are assigned, the elevator opens up to your actual apartment, making the move in/out process very easy. Access to the beach is simple. The property is on the beach so it is a direct walk from the building to the water, which takes no more than 2 - 3 minutes. There are hoses and showers on the path so you can get the sand and salt off before going back to the apartment. The beach itself is very quiet (at least in August). All the properties in the area are private residents or BnB guests and there is no public parking in the area so access to the masses is very limited. The sand is white comprised of typical sand and ground up seashells. Soft to walk on. The area is great with restaurants, bars and a Circle K mini-mart. There is also a Publix, Winn-Dixie and Walmart within a 10 - 15 minute drive. Our host (Andrew) was fantastic. Very responsive and accommodating. Highly Recommend!
