Aggressive dog breeds are prohibited. *Please note this property has strict breed restrictions for pet dogs allowed on the property, including: Pit Bulls, Akitas, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, American Bulldogs, Presa Canarios, Wolves, or any mix of these breeds.

- Units are located on both the 1st and 2nd floor accessible by stairs only.

- Parking notes: There is free, on sight, marked parking available for 6 vehicles.

- Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
