This home boasts an open and airy feeling with an abundance of natural light and views of the sparkling pool from almost every room in the house. With the seamless flow throughout the house, this open concept home is perfect for entertaining and suitable for large or even multiple families. Kitchen is fully stocked to indulge in the creations of your family meals or set out to any of the several local restaurants just minutes away. Laundry room w/washer and dryer is located right of the living. There is a charcoal grill behind the house outside the back screened pool area for guests to use! (guests are to provide their own charcoal)
Guests are welcome to use the beach items which are stowed in the garage. We ask guests to leave gently used or newly purchased items behind for the next guests to enjoy, therefore beach items can vary between guest stays.
Englewood is just minutes from Boca Grande and Manasota Key, with miles of white sandy beaches, shopping, and local restaurants. Nearby you'll find Rotonda West, a golfing community surrounded by many beautiful courses, waterways, and wildlife. This community is very active, with bike lanes and plenty of walking trails out the front door. Close to shopping, unique dining, and all the essentials! Truly a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida experience.

The covered Pool is Heated complimentary Year-Round! Pool heat is controlled remotely by the host. (Guests do not have access to adjust or tamper with any pool equipment.)
Host requires previous positive reviews to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for all parties involved. Inquiries sent to host with no trips may ask to provide positive feedback from previous hosts or even on another rental channels.
Guests may access all areas of the home except for the following: Locked closet in the back queen bedroom and Locked overhead garage door, no parking vehicles in the garage and no tampering with garage door opener. Guests may access the garage through the house or side garage door only.
