"Bed felt great, but pet hairballs on the floor, pet hair on the side of the bed., my outlet next to bed didn’t work. I don’t understand, why did I get a pet room when I don’t have a pet, in that realm, very disappointed "

"Initial impression on check in- the office reeked of cigarette smoke. As someone with asthma, it was very uncomfortable and off-putting. Walking up the stairs, every step was cracked. One broke as soon as my foot hit it and I almost fell face first into the rest of the stairs. The shower was tiny, poor water pressure, it looked like some towels were missing, there's evidence of water leaks. The bed was uncomfortable, pillows left my neck very stiff and sore today. The lock didn't want to go back into the door...but it was clean. I selected this hotel/ chain based off previously positive experience with other properties but this was not on the same level. "

"This hotel is disgusting. I did not feel safe. The pictures are misleading, the outside is filthy and really needs maintenance. The bed sheets had large oily looking stains, black marks, and a burn hole. The in-room heater looked like it had been through a fire and was held together on one end with tape. The pillows were almost as hard as concrete. The towels were about the size of two hand towels. The sink did not get hot water. The shower head leaked like crazy and the shower curtain was hanging on for dear life. The side table was badly discolored from some previous spill. The freezer and microwave were filthy. Gross. "

"The staff was lovely, the hotel was nice and clean but the food in the restaurant downstairs was disgusting. I ordered the roast beef. It was horrendous. It wasn’t slow roasted, I don’t k own what they did other than it looked like they cooked the “supposed roast beef” in a skillet. The baby carrots were not cooked. They weren’t even warm. The mashed potatoes were cold. I took a photo but there is nowhere to upload it. $35.00 down the drain because it immediately went in the trash. "
