“A gem close to the airport. Clean rooms, recently renovated, great shower, comfortable bed, nice blackout shades, and a nice safe area. Was a return visit. Great large break bar. ”

“Light bulbs out, shower walls had hair on them, tub needed calking all around the wall as visible gaps were visible, bath mirror lights had rust on them; bed comforter had a big brown stain on it, breakfast needs more healthy options, front desk staff seemed bothered to assist guests as they had their feet up on desk and headphones around their neck - very unprofessional”

“Suited our needs for a quick night stay over while traveling out of state. Rooms are older but cleaned well, very good breakfast selection, friendly and helpful staff. Front lobby, doors, parking lot, exterior could use a refresh.”

“The staff was very helpful. Instructive from the time we arrived. Elevator was not lit inside, no actually none ceiling panel, button panel wasn't lit. It was functional, but not professional, extremely disregard and disrepair. The phone in the room didn't work at all. The breakfast has more options for condiments, than actual food to eat with them. Pool is closed indefinitely, a view that a prison inmate might be envious of... Maybe. ”

“Our guest did not end up staying the night. While she was checking in , the front desk was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Our guest initially checked in and noticed her room was not clean - the toilet didnt flush, the faucet was broken and the lights were flickering. The front desk did refused to give their name and accused our guest of creating these problems. Front desk refused to check it out and see for herself. ”

“Good price but room smelled over clean from cleaning products. Was a little difficult to find comfortable night sleep. Needed fresh air. Friendly staff and great off highway location.”

“The first room we were assigned had a bed that was soaking wet from the ceiling leaking. The second room they assigned us ended up having bloody sheets that we didn't realize till the next morning. I had to remove the blood stained sheets because "housekeeping doesn't understand English and won't know to change the bedding." We received several calls due to their own desks confusion while we were at our event the first day. Then when we returned from the event, the TV wasn't working and the……

“The room was visibly dirty. The gap between the door frame and the door was so large light came through, and there was a noticeable breeze. There were loose tiles in the bathroom. The hot tub was non-functioning, which sucks because the hot tub is part of the reason I booked the room. All in all it was not a great experience.”
