The hotel is conveniently located just around the corner from Kotoni station, which is just very close to Sapporo station. When we arrived, my friends asked for a recommendation for a place for lumch and the front desk staff gave a really good recommendation just 3 mins away from the hotel. Also they put our luggage in our room while we had lunch.
There's a 7eleven nearby and also a lot of izakayas and restaurants around so you won't run out options for late night snacks.
The room is spacious, albeit a little old, but it's kept as clean as can be.
