「The owner, Rita, was very friendly and helpful. She taxied us into the historical town which has very narrow streets and limited parking. The grounds around the villa are beautiful and well maintained. The beds and pillows could be upgraded. 」

「Very unfriendly receptionist. After long drive to get there we were treated badly. We asked for information about sightseeing in Enna and were bluntly told they had none. They told us nothing about facilities at the hotel and just handed us keys to the room. It was an empty hotel and they gave us room under their kitchen which was noisy and kept us awake for the two nights we were there.
