"We had an amazing stay at the farm! The house was super cute, well equipped and very much as described. The A/C was much appreciated on a hot June weekend. The instructions for entry were easy to follow and parking was great. The only thing I would say is that the yard is fenced, but not secure for a dog as the front piece is a farm gate that a dog can go under or in between the metal bars. Our dogs were fine and not tempted to leave to go see the horses, but others might not have the same experience. We would definitely stay again!"
"Kind of a quirky stay-over --- I had to call the number in the email confirmation to speak to a person who directed me down a path to a mailbox with a combination to get the key to my room, which was in the historical inn with another combination on the door. In other words, no on site person -- and how would someone without a cell phone deal with this?
But once inside, it was a fun and kind of quirky experience. Clean room and bathroom. Cold air coming through the floor vents under my bed, which I had to cover with towels -- the only solution as there were no extra blankets around.
We went to dinner 15 miles away in Grants Pass. Highly recommend TAPROCK."
"Great respite for this solo traveler and her dog. Worry free arrival and access, super good communication with hosts. This cabin was perfect for a quiet night in with book and my snacky dinner. Everything was set up in the cabin for cozy comfort. If you have any mobility and balance issues, the gravel parking with a slight grade can be tricky. But once on the gated deck and backyard and cabin, it was great!"
"This is a lovely home to stay if you love, peace and quiet, the sound of birds, the river and the wind flowing through the leaves. This is the place for you! Who ever she has clean that house cleans it immaculately. It’s a very extremely clean home. When they say that they have everything you could need in a house, they are not kidding. Don’t plan on bringing anything with you, they have it all there. There is plenty of nature around you. We got to see a family of deer while we were there, as well as otters and an American Eagle. This was without leaving the property, nature right in your own backyard. It was a lovely stay so glad we rented this property."
