"It was absolutely exceptional in every way. My only critique is thst the elevators are snail and as a result too much time waiting. It would be better if there were stairs if not elevators on both ends of the hotel not just the middle. But that is beyond minor. We can’t wait to come back."

"We spent about an hour at the check-in as the info on the reservation was not clear if I booked a room with private bathroom or sharing one. We then decided to accept to stay in one with bathroom on the corridor but the reception young guy arranged for us to move to a much better room with private ..."
