Pésimo servicio en la noche no hay nadie en recepción, es un viñedo que adaptaron unos cuartos muy incómodos, sin espacio para colgar ropa, muy malo no recomiendo

They are no ready to run this business as a hotel. They are totally focused in the night club, btw if you think that you could sleep in this place, forget about it!. Before 10:00 a.m. there's no one in charge of the property. Cockroaches in the bathroom and the cherry of the cake: unprofessional and bad attitude staff at the front desk.

Hotel regular con vías a ser un gran Hotel

Yo definiria este hotel como 2bs, bonito y barato porque para ser bueno debe hacer mayor incapié en algunos apartados,por ejemplo, durante nuestra estancia tuvimos que marcar a mantenimiento dos veces en diferentes días, la primera por la falta de agua caliente, la segunda por la falta completa de agua. Ambos problemas se resolvieron por el staff pero son los incovenientes que no deseas encontrar en un lugar que estás para relajarte, la habitación tenia pequeñas telarañas y la cafetera estaba sucia de igual forma, fueron cosas que se resolvieron al instante por staff pero que en primer lugar no deben de existir estas fallas, mi estancia la resumo como aceptable, tiene una buena ubicación y el precio es excelente, definitivamente tiene el potencial para llegar a ser un gran hotel.

Do not recommend, way too overpriced for what you get, sofa and rug were disgustingly stained, hot water in shower only lasts about two minutes, we called desk service and no one answered, WiFi didn’t work, bathroom isn’t properly sealed and you can hear everything, heater worked fine, it says it’s not pet friendly but there were dogs everywhere and the floor inside the rooms is cement and full of dirt that gets inside since the place is surrounded by it, so in my opinion it’s fine to take pets, we liked that you can walk to the winery and restaurant because the rooms are right next to them, we didn’t like the wine or cheese at the winery, customer service at the restaurant was great, but they didn’t have pizzas and that was the only vegetarian option they had other than fries, we will not be staying here again nor will we wine taste here again, might visit the restaurant again since my friend said her food was super good

The tankless water heater needs to be adjusted, because it goes super hot then super cold.

This a party hotel. It was a last minute choice. Not happy with room size the bed is a Full size bed. This room is overpriced and not worth the price. The location is great and Justina is next to it. Loud music is playing. The water in the shower was cold and the room was very cold. It took 45 minute plus to warm the room. Not worth it for the price. i travelled with a group of friends and they found better option at better price.

The service from staff was ok, there was not hot running water, I was told to leave the shower water running for 5 minutes until all cold water ran out, I did after 10 min no hot water. Rooms offer no privacy from outside, Windows have no courtains or anything to protect privacy. I had to use bathroom towels to somewhat cover windows. Bathroom sink leaked water too.

Ruidoso, sucio busca otro lugar

Son habitaciones en una vinicola, las habitaciones son pequeñas son contenedores adaptados para una cama y un baño, las puertas son recicladas, dentro de la habitación se comparte la misma puerta de la entrada a la del baño, no hay un ropero o algún lugar donde colgar la ropa, por ende todo está en el suelo, el agua caliente varía mucho, se apaga y los mismos administradores no sabían que hacer, lo peor de todo es que estan abajo de un bar llamado "la Justina" que es bar/antro/restaurante por lo que tienes música hasta por lo menos media noche, más allá de la música son los gritos de sus clientes, la poca atención e interés de los administradores del hotel en solucionar los problemas y el ruido excesivo hacen que busques estar todo el día fuera. Limpieza de la cama y almohadas bien.
