「This hotel has a very professional and helpful staff that go above and beyond to help. The room is clean and simple. I was here for a pilgrimage. Don’t expect the Ritz. There is no air conditioning. You get a good sized room with simple furniture and what you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable. What you are buying most of all is the location to the religious activities at Lourdes. It is an easy walk. The hotel’s restaurant has a good ambiance, the wait staff are attentive...

「No say in terms of price Poor room clean up. You can see hairs on the floor after cleanup. It may be ok if you just stay one night…. The service provided by the hotel canteen is far much more better than hotel’s hospitality 」

「breakfast is good except for the eggs that we need to boil it out self and it takes time to boil because the water is not hot enough. We are all satisfied and if we will go back to Lourds we will definitely stay in Panorama Hotel and also we will recommend to our friends and family.
