“Everything was amazing—we truly loved our stay. The room was beautiful, and the view made the experience even better. My girlfriend really enjoyed it as well, which made it special for both of us. The only small thing we noticed was that there wasn’t enough sugar provided for the coffee, and there weren’t utensils available for guests who might bring back snacks or dessert. Aside from that, everything was perfect. Thank you for such a great stay—we would definitely come back!”

“Historic well maintained and renovated hotel in the heart of Lititz and literally walkable to many shops and restaurants. There are no elevators and there is a tavern under the hotel and you are in the middle of town. We slept well, but be aware that it is in town. They do have quiet hours for the hotel itself.”

“The room was in desperate need of repairs No soap, no shampoo, no conditioner, no tissues the hardest pillows you’ve ever seen because they were so old and used The metal drain was broken and missing a stopper room was very dim not enough lighting you get two towels that were extra small one face cloth and two washcloths. Which were very rough. The woman on staff doesn’t help. She simply says she doesn’t have any access. She’s the only one there and she can’t grab a towel so I asked for the……

“Stayed for two nights in December 2025. Never saw a staff member after we checked in. Did not receive any room cleaning or fresh towels during our stay.. Hotel was in disrepair, the back steps are crumbling, the rear deck was taped off with caution tape, so we couldn’t use it, and there was a hole through our bathtub that was just filled in with caulk.”

“Can’t say enough wonderful things about this property - dinner, breakfast, massage therapists, front desk - everyone and everything was amazing! Including our beautiful club room! We will be returning for sure!”

“Floor was dirty, pillows are old and overused, took less than 2 hours to see a cockroach, shower water didn't get or stay hot. Didn't even stay the whole night, ended up leaving after a few hours, would've asked for a refund but there was a sign at the desk saying "no refunds" yeah, I wonder why. Place wouldn't make any money if they refunded everyone who saw how nasty the place was.”
