The studio features contemporary finishes, a cosy bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, dining area, and a sleek bathroom. Private parking is included for added convenience. An EV charger is available; additional charges apply and paid directly.
The Space:
Enjoy this well-designed, fully self-contained studio, offering a comfortable and efficient living space.
Located on the second (top) floor, it features a double bed with bedside tables, a breakfast bar with stools, and a kitchenette equipped with a hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and washing machine. Fully stocked with crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils, it’s easy to prepare and enjoy meals. Being the only apartment on the top floor, it offers extra privacy and quiet.
The en-suite bathroom includes a rain-effect shower, Grohe fittings, heated towel rail, illuminated mirror, and shaver point.
For convenience and security, the studio provides a smart lock with code access, doorbell, and internal camera view. Guests also enjoy a smart TV, full-length mirror, high-speed USB and USB-C charging ports, heating controls, and practical storage.
Ideal for solo travellers or couples, this studio offers a modern, secure, and thoughtfully equipped stay.

The Neighborhood:
A quiet, friendly residential area in Epsom, close to shops, cafés and excellent transport links. Guests enjoy easy access to green spaces like Horton Country Park and Epsom Common, plus a wide choice of local restaurants. It offers a peaceful stay with quick connections to Epsom town centre, Kingston and London, making it ideal for relaxing breaks or exploring Surrey and the capital.

Getting Around:
Stoneleigh station is a 9-minute walk and has direct trains to London Waterloo via Wimbledon/Clapham, taking 30 mins. Guildford via Epsom, 40 mins & Dorking 22 mins.
Route 406 — to Kingston from Bradford Drive bus stop, and to Epsom High Street from Stoneleigh Park Road bus stop.
Buses typically run every 20–30 minutes from ~05:45 to ~00:15.
Other Things to Note:
Smoking, vaping or taking illegal substances in or around the property is strictly forbidden. This includes the back garden and front driveway. For non-compliance you will be fined a minimum of £500 and you may be asked to leave.
No candles, incense, burners or similar to be used in the property or in the garden.
Standard check in time is 3pm onwards and check out time is before 11am. You may be charged for any late checkout that has not been authorised in advance.
This is a residential neighbourhood so please refrain from making excessive noise. Quiet times are 10pm to 7am, when noise should be kept to a minimum, including TV volume.
Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, so please be careful with them. There will be a £50 call out fee for any keys left/forgotten in the property.
