「The spa at Ockenden Manor is absolutely superb – quiet, friendly, and extremely welcoming. The staff create a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere, making it an ideal place to unwind. The hotel rooms, while a little dated in style, are comfortable and well stocked with all the amenities you could need for a pleasant stay. Overall, a lovely experience with the spa as the true highlight.」

「We checked in after midnight as we need to stay for one night before return home. Check in process was efficient and took only a few minutes. Reception lady was courteous and efficient. Would certainly stay again if needed in future.」

「The staff were exceptional especially the gentleman who delivered our room service. Unfortunately we didn’t get his name but we were in room 353 on the 26th Oct. You had an event on and were extremely busy but he was working so hard and delivered excellent service. We saw he was also still working at breakfast! Again he worked so hard and was so friendly. A real credit. We will definitely stay again when we visit the area. Thank you 」
