We dined at the hotel restaurant a few times; however, the dinner offerings were somewhat disappointing compared to the other amenities. Offering a wider variety of dinner options, particularly vegetarian choices, would improve the overall experience.」

「Stunning grounds, fantastic castle and winery tour and wonderful warm and friendly people that are passionate about making your stay perfect. The simera wine tasting with lunch was ridiculously great value. Topped off by a really impressive sunset over the vines, it was like they arranged everything. We went very early in the season so we practically had the Scuderie to ourselves, and there wasn’t a wedding in the castle so it was totally peaceful. Beautiful place that makes beautiful wine!」

「Heel leuk hotel in aantrekkelijke stijl met ruim zwembad. Kamers weliswaar enigszins oubollig, maar dat past bij het geheel. Om te eten heb je de keus om met de auto een aantal kilometers te rijden naar een lokaal restaurant of in het hotel een tafel te reserveren zonder dat het menu beschikbaar / opgemaakt of zelfs maar bekend is. Had gevraagd om inzicht in een kaart van Italie; helaas niet beschikbaar, zelfs niet van Puglia of de regio Mesagne...」

「The property is a farm in charming countryside. Upon arrival no one expected us. Gentleman in the office did not speak any English. He made some phone calls to establish that we really supposed to be staying there. We were shown to our rooms. Everything was covered by a layer of dust. There was no electricity. The staff spent next 1.5 fixing electric power. After the power was fixed, it became apparent that the electric heaters in the our two rooms were not functioning. We had no choice, as to...

「Our stay was excellent. The staff service was outstanding, very friendly and they went above and beyond to make our stay great. Breakfast was very nice, offering more of a selection than other stays in/around tge Puglia region. The accomodation was very new, with everything you need. The bed was very comfortable, for a great night sleep. The pool was a little cold, but its quite refreshing and nice once your in. 「O hotel me surpreendeu muito. Um lugar lindíssimo, com um serviço impecável, quartos limpíssimos, uma linha de produtos de higiene pessoal maravilhosa... Fiquei 4 noites, mas com vontade de voltar e ficar mais um período neste lugar incrível, que além de tudo é perto das praias mais lindas que já vi (Punta Prosciutto, Salina dei Monaci etc.). Recomendo sem dúvida alguma!」
