“Otranto was one of our favorite cities in Salento. Amazing location walking distance to the main sights, incredible apartment with terrace facing the ocean. The staff was incredibly helpful, Sergio and Caterina helped us with restaurant reservations and luggage transport. Breakfast was not included. The welcoming bottle of sparking wine was a great touch. Parking was easy to find with the instructions provided, but an extra fee. Communication was prompt and the staff was welcoming. Grazie……

Leider wurden bei unserem Aufenthalt von vier Tagen kein Mal die Handtücher gewechselt, außerdem gab es keine Handtücher für den Pool oder die Außendusche (lediglich 6 Stück für die gesamte Unterkunft) und die normalen durften für den Pool nicht genutzt werden. Das Frühstück war gut, es hätte aber etwas abwechslungsreicher sein können. Ich hätte mich außerdem gefreut, wenn das Personal……

“Nous avions besoin d'une laveuse à linge en milieu de voyage, nous avons donc opté pour un studio puisque les appartements n'indique pas la présence de laveuse. Quelle erreur, le studio est à l'arrière de l'immeuble avec une seule petite fenêtre de 3 pieds carrés dans le haut du mur. Pour ce qui est de la terrasse qui avait influencé notre décision, elle est à l'étage supérieur sur le toit et est encombrée de déchets, aucun aménagement. L'escalier pour l'atteindre est aussi encombrée de matériel……

“This is a lovely hotel situated right on the beach. Everything was in great condition and the view from our room was stunning. Although lots of places had closed down after the end of September, we still enjoyed the area and there was lots to do in Galipoli, a short drive away. Sylvia is the real star of the hotel and goes out of her way to make sure everyone is welcomed and taken care of during their stay. We felt like part of the family. Thank you.”
