Everyone, and I mean everyone, from the owner to the person who replaces your toilet paper rolls, was just great. Friendly, dedicated, always smiling and ready to help. "La struttura e' molto carina anche se necessiterebbe di un rinnovo dei locali comunque le stanze sono pulite. Ogni camera ha un piccolo patio al coperto con un tavolo e 4 sedie. C'è anche un piccolo cucinino con le cose essenziali. Il frigo è capiente. La posizione è molto comoda per accedere alla spiaggia, solo 10 minuti a piedi. C'è un piccolo bar dove si può fare colazione (a costo extra). "

"the apartment was very clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. A kitchenette forms part of the apartment. Massimo the owner, was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from the historical centre. The only downside that we were at the second floor and there is no lift. A big plus Massimo's father runs the shop next door to the apartments and he is there from very early in the morning till late in the evening. "

Clean, comfy beds, attentive staff, great dip pool, quiet and convenient location in the heart of Gallipoli. Antonio was fabulous and helpful. "Overall, we had a good stay at Conchiglia Azzurra. The rooms are fairly modern, clean, spacious, and well maintained, making for a pretty comfortable stay. The staff were always courteous and helpful whenever we needed assistance. One suggestion that would significantly improve the guest experience would be to include beach access amenities with the room. Offering each room one beach umbrella and two loungers for the duration of the stay—similar to what Le Dune provides—would be a welcome addition. When you’re already paying a premium to stay at the hotel, it’s a bit disappointing to have to pay extra each day for an umbrella and loungers. Including these as part of the room rate would add great value and make the overall experience even better. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Conchiglia Azzurra, especially if this small improvement were considered."

"The place was clean, and the ocean view from the balcony was beautiful. It’s a calm town, and the restaurant is just a five-minute walk away. Everyone is friendly, and the food is amazing. It’s way better than other places nearby, and the price is great. The amazing view makes it a must-visit. I’ll definitely go back and strongly recommend it."

"Lovely quiet pool. Great access to the beach (28 euros for 2 beds and parasol) We booked the suite which was very spacious and comfortable although it’s a bit like room Austin Powers would like. Decorated in very dark colours and the huge round bed swallows you. Nice staff. Free bikes which are great as you are 30 minute walk from the centre and there’s not much around the hotel in the evening."

"The owner and staff were lovely, attentive and very helpful. Rooms were new and cleaned thoroughly daily. Beautiful views. Tranquil location in late May before the summer season begins. It would be nice if they removed sea weed from the beach sand. Also we had a problem with billing but the staff were very concerned and worked to resolve it."
