If you have ever been to Melbourne you will understand where I am coming from when I say that this place is up there with any of Melbourne’s funky Industrial style bars. Its hip, sheik and down-right awesome. Holding just 50 people, it also makes it an intimate setting for any function. The Central Coast’s very own handcrafted Brewery was established in 2012 and officially opened in 2013. They are always researching and creating new flavours of beers but have 5 core beers all year round. All beers are free from any additives and preservatives. They also offer homemade style lemonade called ‘Mother Goose Lemonade’ made onsite and a refreshing cider. Grab a paddle and try their 4 taster beers and once you have picked a favourite you can take a one litre Squealer or two litre Growler home with you. With an uber-cool restaurant, I could not go past the cheese sticks, garlic bread pizza and the nachos, all accompanying the beer and drinks perfectly. Live bands are extremely popular and they now have small group tours.

New, clean and good deal
The room is quite spacious, new and clean, staff is friendly, the other part of the motel is under renovation, can see the ocean from the big slide glass door.
