"This was our first time in Surf City and we absolutely loved it! Not only was the town amazing and it had everything we needed, the condo was just right for us! Very clean and well stocked with everything you would need. The condo was about a 1 min walk to the beach. I truly cannot say enough about the perfection of this condo for a small family!"

"Had a great time. House was great, great location and parking was easy with a large truck, full size van and a mid sized SUV. Only downside was accessing the beach was a challenge because of mobility issues. The elevator made the house very comfortable and accessible. "

"We had an amazing stay. This property is in the best location. Close/walking distance to everything including shops and many restaurants. The property is steps away from the beach and the pool was perfect. Our kids loved being able to swim at night! Ted was a great host and communicated very well with us before and during our stay. We would definitely reserve this property again! "
"We love staying here. The rooms are perfect for a short stay. The beach is directly across the street. And the the staff are always so friendly and accommodating. Also love the FREE guest washer and dryer. It’s so nice coming home with clean laundry. "

"We did get a lot of rain but still had a great getaway. This place is close to the beach and there are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Unit was clean and well appointed. Glad there is an elevator for the 4th floor! "
