"The host was wonderful and super communication. We stayed two weeks. The home was spacious, beautifully decorated, very clean and kitchen had all we needed to cook great meals with local seafood. Our guests raved about the comfortable beds and pillows. The house is perfectly located in Surf City, walking to stores, restaurants and more. Keyless entry was so convenient. We enjoyed the heated pool on days that the surf was rough due to storm. We enjoyed long walks on the beach searching for seashells and more. We are already planning our return! We highly recommend this vacation beach home to friends, family and anyone wanting to share the beach vacation experience."

"So far so good. Made the reservation at 4 o’clock had all of the emails and text messages by 4:30 arrived at 5:30 property is as advertised and I think I’m staying tomorrow night also perfect little spot washer and dryer fully stock kitchen two queen beds and you can hear the ocean"

"This is an AMAZING home! I cannot recommend it enough. The location is great with so many places to walk to for meals and souvenir shopping and ice cream! The bedrooms are all very nice and the beds are so soft! The property was very clean when we arrived with all bed sheets and towels provided. And the balconies have an awesome view of the ocean. The pool is shared with 3 other homes, but that was not an issue at all! It was heated and very warm as well. The elevator works great. The only issue we encountered was the listing showed more beds in the ground floor room than there are, which gave our group quite an issue at first. "

"GREAT HOUSE!!! My family - 5 adults and one toddler had a wonderful vacation staying at this house for a week! It is exactly as described. The house is in a great location, clean, quiet neighborhood, beds were very comfortable and the air conditioner worked great, even on the second floor. Pool was fun for everyone and there are coffee shops, ice-cream parlors and a local market nearby and all within walking distance. Publix, Food Lion and Walmart are all about a five minute drive. Tons of seashells for the littles to collect. We watched the sunrise, which was spectacular! The check in/check out process was easy and although we did not need anything during our stay, Eric touched base just in case. We look forward to booking this property again!! "

"This was our second year at the property. We had a GREAT time yet again. We had adults ranging from 25 to 75 years old and 2 infants who were one year old and two months old. The accommodations were good for everyone, and the location is absolutely the best. We spend a lot of time on the balconies and at the pool, and the furniture is perfect for those places. Having the pool was especially helpful with the infants, though we had them at the beach as well. There were some improvements to the property since we were there last year and all were great.I’ve stayed at several VRBO locations around the world, and Ted is by far the best host I have dealt with. He’s always responsive and actually gets things done. His attention to detail is great. We’ll definitely be staying at the property again. Thanks, Ted!!"
