The Kenneth L Batts park has a new walkway on the island that extends across the marsh and to the intracoastal waterway. It is a perfect place to walk out and see the sunset.
Saw this guy coming in for a landing. The pelicans have started their migration north; the island was full of them while I was there.

This property was perfectly located to the beach, exceptionally clean and well maintained. We went in October so it was a slower season. Fantastic house right on the beach! Amazing sunrise and sunset views and you can walk to Sirf City. The pictures in the listing are extremely accurate. Karen was super responsive and very easy to work with.
