“It was our first ever stay in a Spark hotel. Nice and roomy. Floor was dirty ( no carpet in room) Receptionist- Ash”

“Breakfast area closed at 9 am and my daughter and I were there at 8:50 am and we were told things like pancake batter was gone. Machine for juice and water were tuned off and turned back on for the one type of juice that was left and water. I felt like this was a huge inconvenience by the staff member. I don’t think clean up and not providing food anymore should take place until a little after 9 if that is the cut off time. ”

“The room is spacious and clean. The facilities are well maintained and the staff are helpful. The hotel also locates at a very quiet location so I had a good sleep. The only disappointment is the breakfast doesn’t have much to choose. If I remember correctly it has less items then other Hampton I lived. Overall, a good place to stay for traveling Wilmington and Carolina Beach.”

“The check in is easy, staff is friendly, rooms are spacious and everything is clean. A very substantial breakfast - this will be my go-to hotel in Wilmington. ”

“Love this series of Hilton Hotels. They got my family of 5 perfectly for short stays. Properties are airways clean and beds are on the better side of comfortability, compared to other hotel chains.”

“Room was clean. The staff were friendly. Breakfast buffet was above average for a free breakfast. Plenty of places to eat, shop and have fun nearby.”

“We booked a reservation online and it was confirmed, only to arrive at the hotel and be told that the desk attendant had cancelled it because she believed the hotel was full. We asked her to confirm and she rudely told us she was the only person there. When we inquired about different room types that may be available, she told us there would be a significant cost increase. She was extremely unhelpful and we ended up booking at another hotel. ”

“Loved the breakfast at our Hampton Inn as expected. It's one of the reasons we prefer it along with clean room and bathroom. ”

“When we arrived, the front desk informed us that because our booking was made through Expedia, they had not yet received payment and could not check us in. We were asked to wait, and after about 20 minutes, the same staff member contacted a manager. The manager then advised them to proceed with check-in and handle the Expedia payment on the back end. By the time we were finally checked in, we had already been waiting over 20 minutes. Unfortunately, we were in town for a wedding and ended up……

“I booked through expedia.com who reserved the wrong room. When i got there i was told they were sold out deal with it for days i requested to be moved and was told no until one of employees nice gentleman name look switched my room wich I was greatfull for but then I called Expedia back to let them know what was going on they gladly lied said they would comp me 3 days stays then when they contacted the hotel the lady maid all kinds of accusations and threw me out of the hotel not only threw me……
