“The hotel was clean, but in the room was feeling the mold smell, also they might be a bit more careful with the clients and in my room the sheets were not changed, found a lot of hair from previous ocupant. The staff was nice overall and helpful, they had free quick breakfast, they had the refrigerator and microwave in the room, I loved the shower.”

“The hotel smells nice in the halls, but the first room we were placed in smelled like marijuana, cigarettes and mold. The chair in the room was broken. We asked to be move and the front desk quickly changed our room when they heard the concerns. The fire alarm went off in the evening. Some folks left, some didn’t. Apparently if you take too hot a shower the steam sets off the alarm. We traveled with young kids who were frightened after this experience. Breakfast was ok. We have stayed in……

“My husband and I stayed 4nights. It was the best vacation we’ve had in years. Diane and Amari took very good care of us, even surprised us with an anniversary celebration surprise. Everyone there is very thoughtful. I would definitely recommend the lighthouse to anyone.”

But for the price we paid, it was better than expected. We also really only needed a place to shower and sleep the rest of the time we were on the beach or at the park across the street. “The lobby, hallways was dirty and unsatisfactory. The lady (Indian) was rude, didn’t acknowledge the customers, didn’t speak until spoken to. Had my hand out to receive my money, she laid on the counter rather than putting it in my hand. The building needed cleaning on the outside. I tried finding another hotel, but non wasn’t available. In other words I was disappointed at the condition of the place.”
