Such a great place! We had two families (8 people total) and comfortably fit. The view of the ocean is great from the balconies. The hot tub was a nice addition, and it was fantastic to have steps leading straight to the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

This is a must stay location. I highly recommend this property. Beautiful views and great access to the beach along with a hot tub. I definitely will be staying there again.

Great spot, right on the beach, space for multi family needs. Host was prompt and good with communication from the beginning. Will consider this again in the future, located just over the bridge. Thanks for providing a great family stay.

Wonderful Escape!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was super clean and had everything you could need for an amazing vacation. The owner and host were very responsive and communication was excellent. You are on the beach and the location is close to shops and restaurants. The hot tub was an added bonus!

Surf City here we come

Great location and set up for a family get together. Really set up well in terms of amenities. We didn’t need beach towels, chairs, sand toys, or umbrellas. Kitchen stocked better than most rentals we’ve stayed at in the past. Good assortment of pans and intentions for cooking. Christine the local manager is super responsive.

Great Location

Loved the location, easy walk to get to the pier. Check in was very simple and the manager was quick to respond to any questions. Lots of little things in the house made it seem like we were home and welcomed.

Location on the beach was great. Love the unit, hot tub, location. May go back again. Two flights of stairs were a little challenging for the two 77 year old but fine for the rest of the group.

Topsail March 2024

Everything was great. Right on the beach with awesome views and a short walk to stuff to do. Look forward to coming back when it is a little warmer so that we can enjoy the deck and views of the ocean!

Awesome Host

Well it rained a lot, but the house was big enough for us to spread out if we wanted too. Host was SUPER helpful and went above and beyond. Highly recommend this location, we walked into town for ice cream and coffee.

We had a nice, long weekend. Great views and super convenient access to a quiet, clean beach. Spacious home with a good layout. Cleanliness was fine but could’ve used improvement to make it a more comfortable stay.

Family Friends Annual trip

we had an amazing time in Surf City for our 2nd annual beach trip. in total we had a 3 year old a 2 year old and two 1 year old's and this house was perfect for fitting our two families. The Host was more than accommodating for check-in as we were able to stay on schedule with naps was a wonderful experience all together and look forward to scheduling next year.

One day girls overnight stay

There are 6 of us in our small group and this was our first overnight stay together..a test to see if we could spend 24 hours together :) This was the perfect house for us. We each had our own beds. The house is right on the beach. It was great sitting on the porch and looking out on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and we had a great time.

Surf City

We enjoyed our stay in Surf City very much in January. The location was great, right on the beach. We could hear the surf when the doors were open. Also enjoyed looking for shells. The kitchen was very well equipped, this is from someone who brings their own knives. We especially liked all the containers for leftovers since we stayed for 2 weeks and had plenty of leftovers.
