“This house is very chic, modern and so nicely decorated. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our girls weekend. Each room is nicely decorated with a cute beachy vibe. The beds are so comfortable. We were in close proximity to everything in Surf City. You can tell the owners of this home take pride in their condo unit. We would definitely recommend and come back here.”

“We sort of knew this house from when we were in a different hoke last summer and drove around scouting out a home for a spring getaway. After seeing this listing, driving by it and speaking with current tenants we decided to book it. Turned out to be a great decision and wonderful home. The owners were immediately receptive to answer questions and very kind. The home was spotless and ridiculously stocked with everything you could imagine needing. The location was ideal...a very short 2 min walk……

“What an amazing property. I am So glad I found it! We came down from NY to pick up our daughter from UNCW and also attend a 40th birthday party in the area. This house was amazing for my family of 7 (grown kids). There was enough beds for everyone with room to spare. Everything seemed new. Beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. Special little touches everywhere. Makeup wipes, shampoo and conditioner in shower like a hotel, coffee with creamer and even little stirring spoons! My daughter……

“We had a great time at the beach and the views from this house were practically front row. The property was very clean and well equipped with all the basics as well as paper towels, cleaning supplies, etc. The tv's were new with lots of streaming options and the wifi was fast. Fenced yard was great for our dogs and the beach accesses were very close. The location was just far enough from the main tourist area that it was quiet but close enough so that groceries were only 5-10 minutes away.”

“The living room furniture was awful 😞. It's outside furniture and a couch and two chairs is a joke for a family to be able to sit around and watch TV or just talk. The set up in general is weird lack of storage bigger size storage bowls was a bummer too. Making some minor changes to furniture and set up and offering a baby gate for the steps would be great and make this home a much better fit for a family there was 8 of us and it wasn't the best set up. I couldn't imagine having 10 there and……
