「Uns standen die Zimmer nicht zur Verfügung wg. angeblich technischer Störungen. Darüber wurden wir nicht informiert, sondern haben es erst erfahren, als wir die Schlüsselübergabe telefonisch klären wollten, 10 Minuten vor Ankunft.
Zwölf Tage später wurden uns die Kosten bisher nicht ersetzt!
Wir mussten alternativ kurzfristig ein anderes Hotel buchen!」

「A good place.. but beware of silent additional costs added to you after you book the property. You cannot cancel for free so what you see in listing is not what pay.
Property itself is good value for money with the pool, sauna and a small Spielplatz
The communication with the owner or the property manager is downward horrible. If you don't speak good German, you will be yelled abuses over phone calls.You will never get replies to your messages over WhatsApp. Never again. Not recommended.」
