“Clean and spacious two bedroom, two bathroom suite accomodated our family needs perfectly for two nights. It also had a full kitchen and washer/dryer for stays of longer duration. Located right next to Washburn University. The cafe in the bottom of the building had friendly service and a great breakfast. The bedroom closest to the street had some street noise, but pretty quiet through most of the night.”

“This place was perfect for our family Christmas. There is enough space that you do not feel like you are on top of each other. The game room was great. It was too cold to use the water toys but it was nice to sit and relax at the deck of the boathouse. Beware there are a ton of stairs to get down there, but my 80 yr old mother in law was able to get down and back. There is a café and bar there at the lake that was good and homey. “So comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. The only misleading thing was the description said there was a hot tub which there isn’t. A plus is the zoo is very close and a great family outing!”
