「Nice place to stay. The owner is a nice person and speaks English 」

「The condo was only a few steps from a beautiful beach with a great ocean view from the balcony . It had all the amenities to make my 7 week a perfect vacation , a quiet area in the east end of Cabarete about a 30 minute walk to the main town , but several little grocery stores and small restaurants just a short walk away. There is a little bus that goes into town for only 50 pesos and comes by frequently or you could rent a car but beware of the crazy drivers here.(no road rules here ). Nice...

「Ideally located on the beach with incredible views of the sunrise. Check-in was a breeze. Marving, the security guard who carried our bags to the condo.The first day we noticed the TV wasn't working. Marcia immediately had a technician attend and after attempting to repair it, a new (and larger) TV was delivered and set up for us.The condo is bright and roomy inside. The furniture is comfortable and the bed was super comfy. We bonded instantly with many of the other Canadian guests and...

「Very surprised by this stunning property. Had 24/7 security and was gated. A thunderstorm knocked out our wifi and I texted the property manager about it.. she had it fixed immediately! So helpful and quick to respond. The beach was very quiet and the sunsets were incredible. 10/10」

「The host offered an excellent service. The AC in my rented apartment was not cooling enough. He immediately moved me to a villa and got the AC fixed right away. He kept me in the Villa because he didn't want to inconvenient me. The villa was so beautiful with a private swimming pool. Second time renting with him, I will surely come back again. I wish all other hosts can be like him. 」

「Such a great spot, we are so glad we found it! Condo is spotless with great accommodations…. Beds are super comfy, ocean view is beautiful and balcony PLUS rooftop patio are amazing. 「We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this condo. So many pros: great, prompt communication with host, well looked after condo and grounds by property management, beautiful spot with wonderful (breezy) beach walks that cool you down, only 20-25 minute walk to town, laundry service (wash & dry for 250 pesos), water jugs delivered right to your water cooler (75 pesos), and water cooler has hot and cold taps, a bathtub (not common in the DR), a great espresso machine, cleaning service twice a week, so...

「We have a two week family vacation to Sosua staying in a superb Condo. The property was clean and comfortable, having everything we needed for our stay. Great location and superb complex with a large swimming pool and shady deck a beach fron access. Very good.」

「Having the management office right next door was very helpful. Great quiet property if looking to relax, amazing long stretch of empty beach for long walks. Walkable to center of Cabarete if desired.Good option.」

「Nixon the host was great. Property grounds beautiful! They had some maintenance issues but Nixon was on all of them. He also knows the area very well and can answer any questions.」
