**PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A LARGE BUILDING THAT HAS THREE PRIVATE APARTMENTS WITH PRIVATE ENTRANCES FOR EACH UNIT. You have access to the fully stocked kitchen attached to your suite on the first floor. *This is shared with two apartments on the second floor.*

Feel energized and refreshed with glass doors and large windows boasting radiant sunshine hues & mountain views. Santa Fe style exposed ceiling beams. Two small bedrooms: one queen and one double, cozily fit up to four people. Enjoy the bathroom with tub; couch, hammock/reading lounge and games in your main living room. Access the common area thru your private suite which has a dining area that seats four, a couch nestled by the large window, a full stocked kitchen and a laundry room. This is also where the upgradable 3rd bedroom and second bathroom are located and have key-code entry. You may drink from the tap as it comes from about a 300 ft deep well water.

The Shared kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals including olive oil + a wide variety of spices, pasta bar and breakfast goods. Check the fridge for non-dairy creamer and condiments. Please leave the kitchen the way you found it and wash your dishes.
Guest access
The kitchen, dining area, washer + dryer are accessible through your suite, some areas on the property are still in restoration but feel free to stroll around, peek through the garden and catch glimpses of a hummingbirds and finch's, observe a fantastic sunset over the Santa Cruz & Jimez mountain ranges & melt into the pink skies at dawn.

Your apartment is located on the first floor. There are two other apartments on the second floor also used for airbnb. Each apartment has its own personalized key-code and private entry.
