"My room was supposed to be a non smoking room when i arrived the room was filthy. You could smell smoke the carpets were dirty there was cigarette butts on the carpet an the bed cover was burnt from cigarettes. The breakfast the worst watch out for little critters. I had a hard time getting bathing towels for some reason they only really had drying towels this place needs work down "

"On this stay the linen on the bed had holes! We didn’t get any room service on the first day had to exchange our own towels! There is an odor through out the hotel! Hot pool and regular pool was not available "

"One of the best stays I ever had!!! My goodness I came to Louisiana with so much stress and truthfully knowing that I as in a clean, comfortable hotel helped me out a great deal. Thank you so much to the staff for your hospitality 💜"
