"This house was perfect for our family of five adults. Very unique rooms with comfy beds and soft linens. Lots of little extras that you don’t see from other owners. The back yard has a huge privacy fence, a nice fire pit, even tiki torches- all combined it made for perfect evenings sitting outside visiting. We hope this is available on our next visit to New Iberia. :)"

"Perfect location, perfect property. Good communication with the host and catered to our arrival schedule. Thank you! ~~ The house was placed with the Bayou in the backyard and the downtown area right outside the front door. It had perfect access to all the downtown shops and dining spots. I absolutely loved the chateau and the city! The house was well accommodating with many different items in case you forgot to pack some. We want to come back again one day for a longer stay.!"

"The house is nice and comfortable, but the backyard is just amazing. There is a pool, firepit, really nice cornhole set, and tiki-bar area. The tiki-bar hides a bathroom with shower and toilet so you don't have to go inside while swimming. There are a lot of toys to play with in the pool. We had a blast."

"The stay here was better than expected. Front desk was great. The beds were comfy the pillows slept well, water pressure and temp in shower was good. TV was not working upon check in but it was fixed the next day. They have the usual common continental breakfast, area for breakfast was kept clean and tidy. A guest was annoyingly LOUD on the phone two mornings we were out for breakfast. Pretty decent stay. "
