“The location of the apartment is in one of the more beautiful areas of Baltimore, and along with many of the other apartments and townhomes, has a very historic/antique feel to it. This little refurbished apartment was once a shop of some sort with the large bay windows and staging area for props or designs on display. This quaint studio dripped with old timey character and modern style. The area was neat and clean with minimal items to clutter and only essential items provided.……

“Great space for the price. Walking distance to the stadium and the ball park. Quiet neighborhood with friendly occupants. Would’ve given 5 stars if the unit was clean but it was not, the table and floors were sticky, window sill was covered with dead fruit flies, and I even had a fly glue strip get stuck to my hand when I tried to look through the blinds…😩The bathtub also needs replacing.”

“Two things I would say first, whoever installed the toilet paper holders, installed them upside down and when you try to unroll The paper it would fall off of the holder. Secondly, if you could put darker shades on the windows to block out the light. Other than that, it was a perfect trip.”

“The place was clean and check in was seamless. It is a very basic, no frills apartment. The kitchen has very basic items. Not very conducive for cooking much. The bed was comfortable. I would recommend it for anyone needing a place to sleep but not too hang out in.”

“Convenient location but no heat the entire stay. Nobody fixed the lack of heat. Power went out in two rooms without repair. No offer to make it right. No direct communication from property owner. ”

“We very much enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean and tidy and welcoming. We stayed a week while visiting family so it sort of became a home away from home. We enjoyed the decor and all the books and historical items. The restaurant suggestions and descriptions were much appreciated. We had a couple rainy days and cozied up with Netflix and good books, so we put the sofa to good use.We didn't get to use the fireplace or the swimming pool because it was springtime, too warm for……

“The place was exactly as described. Family of four, with 14/11 years old. Kids loved it. Check in process was super smooth. This place had everything that you could think of and a fully functional kitchen. Lots of love and effort went into the details here. Gorgeous decor. Patio was super cute. Great location, walking distance to both stadiums, inner harbour, National Aquarium, and lots of transit options nearby. Shelley was such an amazing host. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Location was ideal for our visit to watch the Phillies play the Orioles. We literally had to walk down the street and cross the road to reach the ballpark - a literal 3 minute walk. Accommodations we're as advertised and more than adequate for our family of three. We would highly recommend!”
